Linda Grosso is the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at SEQTEK, with over four decades of experience in the IT industry. Her career spans the evolution of technology from keypunch cards and data processing to virtual applications, cloud services, and artificial intelligence. She holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Framework.
Her journey began with the installation of NCR Century Mainframe systems in a small-town bank, where she learned to operate and program using NCR's Neat/3 language. She later moved to larger banks, managing mainframe operations and servicing smaller banks across the state.
For 16 years, she worked in the IT department at Oral Roberts University (ORU), where she held multiple roles, including Desktop Support, Helpdesk Manager, Technician Manager, PMO Manager, and Interim CIO. During her time at ORU, she played a crucial role in several major projects, from placing the first faculty computers to implementing virtual desktops for students and staff. She also directed the installation of wireless access across the campus, which sparked her interest in project management and led her to pursue her PMP certification.
After her tenure at ORU, she spent five years as a Technical Project Manager at Bank of Oklahoma (BOK), managing infrastructure and engineering projects. Currently, as the Director of PMO at SEQTEK, she has been contracting with BOK for the past three years, supporting the Payments Transformation Program while also overseeing the onboarding of new project managers and establishing processes and procedures for SEQTEK’s PMO.
Linda's extensive background in IT and project management has made her a respected leader in her field, known for guiding teams through complex transitions and technological advancements.
