She was chosen by the Institute of Real Estate Management as one of the “Women Changing the World of Real Estate Management” and received the Gold, International Stevie “Woman of the Year” competition award in New York City for the Technology - Business and Financial Services category, one of 1200 candidates across 22 nations for her development of Spherexx Optimize, the first AI based apartment revenue management software in 2013. Becca also has previous extensive financial, marketing and technological experience working in the oil and gas industry and serving as Assistant Controller and IT Director for Case & Associates.
