Pay Your Enrollment Fee

Secure your scholarships, reserve your spot in the incoming class, and unlock housing room selection by paying your $299 enrollment fee.

• Choose to pay online, by phone, or by mail
• If paying by mail, include your name and Z-number on the check or money order (payable to Oral Roberts University)

Your next step begins in VISION, ORU’s enrollment and registration system—bookmark this website for easy access in the future.

• Locate your Z-number on your acceptance letter.
• Then, log in to VISION using your Z-number and PIN (your six-digit birth date: MMDDYY).

• Log in to VISION
• Click “Personal Information”
• Select Create/Update Username, Password, and Email Address
• Delete the preset address and create your own ORU email and password

Complete Your Housing Application
Secure your place on campus by completing your housing application so you can start planning your living space and campus life.

• Select Registration Quick Links
• Click Housing to complete your housing application and reserve your spot

Choose your room and meal plan to customize your campus living experience at ORU. Once your selections are complete, you’ll receive an email with instructions for pre-ordering your Eagle Card (student ID).

Submit Your Health Records
All students—full-time and part-time—must submit required health information before arriving on campus to ensure a safe and healthy community. Visit the Immunizations page for detailed instructions.

You’re almost ready to begin your academic journey at ORU! Your next steps are to review your class schedule and textbook list and submit your official transcripts so you can start strong and make the most of your college experience from day one.

Review Your Class Schedule & Textbooks
Your academic journey is about to begin! Here’s how to review your schedule and get ready for classes:

• Class Schedule: Incoming first-year students will have their class schedule created for them. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions to view it in VISION.
• Textbooks: ORU offers all required textbooks for a flat fee of $355 per semester.

Submit Your Official Transcript(s)
To complete your academic file, make sure your official high school transcripts are sent directly to ORU from your school. Transcripts must come from the school to be considered official.

File the FAFSA

If you haven’t already, file your FAFSA to be considered for grants, scholarships, and other financial aid opportunities. Once you receive your award, accept it and set up a payment plan or pay your balance so you’ll be ready to complete your registration and start your ORU journey! 

• File your FAFSA using school code 003985 to apply for federal, state, and ORU scholarships and aid

Accept/Decline Your Financial Aid Award

• Log in to VISION → Select Registration Quick Links → Choose your Aid Year
• Select which offers to accept. Before clicking the ACCEPT AWARD OFFER tab
  • You'll need to click the TERMS AND CONDITIONS tab if that requirement is still incomplete

• Note: Deciding on offers may trigger additional tasks on VISION. Direct Loan borrowers must complete promissory notes and entrance counseling. Parents applying for Direct Parent PLUS Loans need to submit separate requests and promissory notes. Students accepting extra unsubsidized loans due to a Direct Parent PLUS Loan denial must undergo Financial Awareness counseling.

Set Up Payment Plan or Pay Balance

• Log in to VISION → Select Registration Quick Links → Choose your Aid Year
• Pay your remaining balance in full OR
• Set up a monthly payment plan by selecting Payment Options → Enroll in a Monthly Payment Plan

Note: You must pay your balance in full or choose a monthly payment plan to finish your registration.
