you need to take to confirm your enrollment and get ready for your first semester
with us. To begin, submit your $299 enrollment fee to officially reserve your place
in our incoming class.

review your class schedule and textbook list and submit your official transcripts so you can start strong and make the most of your college experience from day one.
Review Your Class Schedule & Textbooks Your academic journey is about to begin! Here’s how to review your schedule and get
ready for classes:
Class Schedule: Incoming first-year students will have their class schedule created for them. Once
it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions to view it in VISION.
Textbooks: ORU offers all required textbooks for a flat fee of $355 per semester.
Submit Your Official Transcript(s) To complete your academic file, make sure your official high school transcripts are
sent directly to ORU from your school. Transcripts must come from the school to be
considered official.

and other financial aid opportunities. Once you receive your award, accept it and
set up a payment plan or pay your balance so you’ll be ready to complete your registration
and start your ORU journey!

Frequently Asked Questions
Your Z-number is your unique student ID assigned by ORU. It is located on your acceptance
letter (for example, "Z12345678") — be sure to save this important number! You'll
use it to log in to VISION, pay your enrollment fee, and complete other steps throughout
the registration process. If you need help locating it, contact us at admissions@oru.edu.
The FAFSA and enrollment deadlines are listed at the top of this page. These dates
are specific to your enrollment term and are updated each year.
Visit vision.oru.edu and log in with your Z-number and PIN (your six-digit birth date
in MMDDYY format). Click the Personal Information tab, then select Create/Update Username,
Password, and Email Address. At the bottom of the screen, delete the preset address
and create your own email address and password. Then visit mail.oru.edu to access
your inbox. All official ORU communications will be sent to this address, so check
it regularly.
Once you complete your housing application, you’ll be able to select a roommate through
the housing portal. Many students meet future roommates by attending Quest, orientation
events, or connecting with other future Golden Eagles on our Instagram page, HeadedtoORU.
ORU orientation takes place right before the start of the fall or spring semester
and helps students get connected before classes begin. You’ll meet other new students,
move into your residence hall, learn campus resources, and get prepared for life as
