Rhae received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Oral Roberts University in 1980. He has worked in Human Resources for over 38 years, with corporate and field human resources experience (in both the for-profit and nonprofit arenas), including serving as VP of HR in international nonprofit ministries. He is currently President and CEO of Agape Solutions, Inc., in Arizona. Rhae and his wife of 37 years (Debbie) have three children. All of the family members are very active in their churches and the community. Rhae currently serves on the Board of Directors for Carol McLeod Ministries. He has also served as a district director on the Colorado State Board of Directors for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and on the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) of the Pikes Peak Region Board of Directors, serving on the Executive Council. Rhae served on the ORU Alumni Board from 2000 to 2012, and from 2017 to the present; he was the chairman for 5 years. As a student, he ran track with the Track Club and was active in multiple intramural sports. He also served on the Christian Service Council at the Comanche Park project.
