Who is a member of the ORU Alumni Association?

If you earned a degree from Oral Roberts University, you are considered a “regular” member. If you completed at least 12 hours at ORU and the class that you would have graduated with has graduated, you are considered an associate alumnus/alumna. There are no dues to pay.

What benefits are available to me as an ORU alumnus/alumna?

How can I request a copy of my transcript?

Follow these steps: Go to Vision and log in. (You may need to update your password.) Click on Student Services & Financial Aid. Click on Student Records. Click on Official Transcript. This page will give you information about the cost. You can contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@oru.edu or at 918.495.6549 with any questions.

I lost my diploma. Am I able to order another one?

To order a duplicate diploma, you need to submit a request in writing, with your signature. You may fax your request to 918.495.6607 or scan and send your signed request as an e-mail attachment to registrar@oru.edu. Your request must include the following information:

  • Student ID number (Social Security Number or Z number)
  • Year of graduation
  • Major course of study
  • Name as you would like it to be printed on your diploma
  • Address to which you wish to have the diploma mailed 

There is a $50.00 charge for duplicate diplomas. Please contact Student Accounts at 918.495.6370 to arrange payment. Your diploma will be sent upon receipt of your request and confirmation of your payment. Please contact the Registrar’s Office at 918.495.6549 or registrar@oru.edu with any questions.

How can I get in touch with other ORU alumni?

In some cases, the easiest way to do so is to conduct a search on social media platforms, such as Facebook. You can also contact the Alumni Relations office at alumni@oru.edu or 918-495-6610. Please note that in order to protect the privacy of alumni, we will contact the alumni in question on your behalf and let them know that you want to get in touch. If they say “Okay,” we will either give them your contact information or send their contact information to you. Please also note that not all alumni provide us with their most up-to-date information, so we might not be able to help in some instances. We’ll do our best!
