John Ballenger, born and raised in Tulsa, graduated from ORU in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years as a CH-53E helicopter pilot and, later, a pilot of Marine One for Presidents Trump and Biden. Today, John, his wife Riann, and their two boys reside in Colorado Springs, CO, where John is a corporate aircraft broker with Guardian Jet. He is the Mountain Region sales manager handling aircraft acquisitions, brokerage, fleet planning and consulting for a 10-state territory. He is also a partner with the commercial real estate firm Aspire Development Group, concentrating on new developments in Oklahoma and Colorado.
