Cory Nickerson

Cory Nickerson is a 1969 graduate of Oral Roberts University and was one of the first 300 freshmen on campus in 1965. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree with continuing education in sales, motivation, human resource management, accounting, and finance management. A member of the Rotary Club of Tulsa for over 30 years, he conducted the Rotary Men of Note, a 35-voice men’s choral group, for 18 years. In his volunteer work through Rotary International, Cory has chaired numerous committees and served as administrator for the Crescendo Music Awards and Grants for 25 years. Crescendo Music Awards and Grants has awarded more than $623,000 to serious high school and college student musicians and music education organizations. Cory served as president for the Rotary Club of Tulsa in 2008-09; it was the 7th or 8th largest Rotary Club in the world at the time. Cory is married to Dr. LaDonna Osborn and has spent nearly 50 years in ministry-related administration and management with Osborn Ministries International, frequently traveling in overseas ministry with Dr. LaDonna. He is currently the treasurer, international finance manager, and operations manager for the international ministry and serves as a deacon in his local Tulsa church, International Gospel Center. His hobbies include music, reading, grandkids, and great grandkids. And he recently gave up 4,000-mile motorcycle rides for more climate-controlled trips.
