*Private rooms are not available through the room selection process and will only be made available pending availability during open room change beginning September 6, 2022.

**EMR and Claudius residence halls have been designated Freshmen residence halls for the current academic year.

Students will select a meal plan during the online room selection process. All meal plans cost $2,425/semester.  If you desire to change your meal plan after you have made a selection, you may do so by contacting Concierge by email at conceirge@oru.edu or phone 918-495-7711.  Adjustments can be made up to two weeks following the start of each semester. After the Drop/Add date (September 9th), meal plans cannot be changed.

** Students living in the apartments would be required to have one of these plans as a minimum residential dining plan. These plans include a number of meal accesses to Hamill Dining plus the associated Sodexo dollars. Unused meals and Sodexo dollars will carry over from the fall to the spring semester for returning students but any unused meals/dollars at the end of the academic year are lost. Students who change rooms from an apartment style room to a traditional residence hall room must then change their meal plan to one of the traditional plans listed.

Meal Plan Dining Hours

The cafeteria operating hours are
7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday (continuous dining services, closed during chapel)

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm ( Monday-Friday) 
10:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. (Early Brunch and Brunch) and
4:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. (Dinner) on weekends

Meal Plan Options - Commuter Students

Commuter Students can purchase a block of meals that can be used for yourself and your guests in the student Cafeteria. It is a non-refundable, non-transferable plan that expires at the end of the academic school year. Commuter block plans may be purchased at the Eagle Card Center on LRC3 or at Student Accounts on GC 2.5 West.

Block Meals:

Purchasing a block meal plan rather than by the individual meal will save you an average of 30% for the 10-block meal plan.  Even more is saved by purchasing a plan with a higher number of meals.  Remember, Sodexo bucks are welcome at any of our dining establishments. These plans are available to ORU Faculty and Staff as well.
