Report a Lost or Stolen Card

You may report a lost or stolen Eagle Card by calling 918-495-6161 during regular business hours, or deactivate your card in person at the Eagle Card Center. You may also deactivate (and reactivate) your card at our secure eAccounts website.

Replacement cards are issued in the Eagle Card Center office Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The office is closed daily from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for lunch.

Obtaining Replacement Card

If your Eagle Card becomes damaged or is rejected by the readers, it should be brought to the Eagle Card Center for evaluation. Damaged cards showing normal wear and demagnetized cards will be replaced at no charge. The Eagle Card Center staff will determine eligibility. Further clarification is available in the Eagle Card Center.

The fee to replace lost or stolen cards is $20.00 ($10.00 for staff and faculty). Payment of the fee can be made using cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Eagle Bucks.  Students may also charge their Student Account.

All replacement cards are issued in the Eagle Card Center office during regular business hours. Replacement cards are only issued to current students, faculty and staff.

Obtaining Credentials

Credentials are issued only to individuals who are currently enrolled in classes or are actively employed by the University.

To obtain credentials, you must present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID displaying your name, date of birth, and photograph. Accepted forms include a state-issued driver’s license, passport, green card, or military ID.

Currently enrolled Oral Roberts University students, as well as faculty and staff, receive their initial credentials at no cost. This includes any combination of physical and/or digital credentials.

Contractors conducting business with the University may be eligible for a contractor-specific physical card. For more information, contact the Eagle Card Center, located in LRC-3 near the bookstore.
