Report a Lost or Stolen Card
You may report a lost or stolen Eagle Card anytime online at our secure website, or during regular business hours by calling 918-495-7256, or in person at the Eagle Card Center to deactivate your card.
Replacement cards are issued in the Eagle Card Center office during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. The office is closed daily from 11:00am - 12:00pm for lunch.
Obtaining Replacement Card
If your Eagle Card becomes damaged or is rejected by the readers, it should be brought to the Eagle Card Center for evaluation. Damaged cards showing normal wear and demagnetized cards will be replaced at no charge. The Eagle Card Center staff will determine eligibility. Further clarification is available in the Eagle Card Center.
The fee to replace lost or stolen cards is $20.00 ($10.00 for staff and faculty). Payment of the fee can be made using cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Eagle Bucks.
All replacement cards are issued in the Eagle Card Center office during regular business hours. Replacement cards are only issued to current students, faculty and staff.
