The Unversity has contracted with serveral off-campus merchants who accept Eagle Bucks as payment. A complete list of participating merchants may be found online at www.oru.edu/eaglecard. All off-Campus transactions are taxable for all cardholders.
The policies outline are effective as of November, 2019 and are subject to change upon request by the administration of Oral Roberts University.
