Student Support Services, in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, facilitates reasonable accommodations to students based upon their individual needs. Accommodations offered to students through this office include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Extended time on exams
- Distraction reduced testing rooms
- Flexibility in attendance for disability related absences
- Adapted HPE courses
- Additional accommodations in policy deemed reasonable

- Receive consultation on disability issues
- Register assistance animals
Under ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, a postsecondary institution is not required to provide accommodations that would be considered personal services (i.e. transportation to campus or classes, assistance with personal hygiene, etc.)
Accommodations are to be renewed each semester, simply by completing the one-page Student Renewal Form.
