Joint Degrees

The College of Theology and Ministry offers an innovative program where students may enroll in two Master’s degrees simultaneously. With proper planning and advisement, students can pursue two distinct theological degrees and reduce overall program time by up to a year. Students may enroll in a second Master’s degree following the completion of half of their first master’s program.

Current ORU undergraduate students are able to earn a maximum of 12 hours toward their Master's degree. When combined with our Fast-Track program, undergraduate students could begin earning two full Master's degrees with as much as 24 hours credit (12 hours in class and 12 hours of Advanced Standing) before the first day of school.

Those interested in seeking joint degree status are encouraged to speak with an academic advisor for more information.
