Program Overview

The College of Education offers you the unique opportunity to graduate in four years with dual certification. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English Language in the Global Classroom prepares you to teach English as a foreign language domestically and internationally, and also enables you to teach middle school English in the United States. Since English has become the international language for areas such as business and culture, teachers are in high demand across the globe. Aligned with national and state standards, successfully completed programs lead to Oklahoma Teacher Certification and can be transferred to other states as well as internationally.
