Please note: Pets are not permitted on campus or in university housing, with the exception of emotional
support or service animals. Permission must be obtained ahead of arrival from the
Office of Student Support Services.

tape, paneling, or halogen lamps. Use only 3M Command™ products or magnets.
Sharing Items With Your Roommate
Many roommates share items like TVs, speakers, and room décor. Plan ahead to decide
what each of you will bring.
Additional Amenities
Lounges
Claudius and EMR have TV lounge areas for students to relax in and use for group activities.
Enjoy community and fellowship in the TV lounge!
Kitchenettes
Only Floors 3 and 7 include a kitchenette, equipped with a stovetop oven, microwave,
full-size refrigerator, and sink. This area is shared by all students on that floor.
Laundry
Each residence hall has at least one laundry facility. Laundry services are free to
students.
Building Security
Residence halls feature secured entrances and controlled building access that require
ID access.
Students with a vehicle on campus are required to have a current parking permit (charged
to the student's account). Automobile permits: $100. Motorcycle permits: $25. Bicycle
permits: $5. Additional permits cost: automobiles $25, motorcycles $5, bicycles $2.50.
Apply for and pick up permits at the Security table on GC 3 on Saturday, or at the
ORU Security offices on the first floor of the Hamill Center facing EMR. See the Student
