Since your ORU password is linked to multiple systems, password resets are handled through Microsoft’s official account recovery process. This ensures all connected accounts are updated simultaneously. You’ll be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during the reset. Please follow the steps carefully—you're only resetting your password for ORU's single sign-on system.
Please visit Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for further instructions if you have not done so already.
Password changes are required every 45 days to continue our data security measures. If you have not reset your password BEFORE 45 days have expired, you will be temporarily locked out of your account and unable to log in. Please contact the helpdesk to unlock your account and complete the password reset and MFA setup.
