Renewing your club is as easy as 1, 2, 3! The Student Association wants to make it as simple as possible for you to renew your club and to continue giving the student body opportunities to be involved.
To renew your club, follow these simple steps:
1) Fill out this form with all the updated information about your club.
2) When you hit the "Submit" button, an email will be sent to you with your application attached. Be sure to print your application and retrieve all the required signatures.
3) Once you have the signatures, you may scan it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or turn it into the SA offices located in the Hammer Center.
