Program Overview

English has become the international language for business, science, and culture, and teachers are in demand across the globe. The College of Education offers you the unique opportunity to graduate in four years with dual certification. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English Language in the Global Classroom prepares you to teach English as a foreign language internationally and in the U.S., and also enables you to teach middle school English in the U.S. Aligned with national and state standards, successfully completed programs lead to Oklahoma Teacher Certification and can be transferred to other states as well as internationally.
