Holly Moore (1986), Board Chair is the President of Hollis Strategies, an Atlanta-based company developing growth and content strategies to help individuals and organizations maximize their influence and grow their companies. In addition to this, Holly is a Certified Practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as well as a Certified 5 Voices Coach. She consults with individuals and organizations on personality-based communication patterns and how they apply to relationships and team dynamics.
Holly has over 25 years of executive leadership experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. For more than a decade, she was the Vice President and then Chief Operating Officer for Growing Leaders, an organization developing innovative events and resources to teach character and leadership to the emerging generation. Prior to that role, she served as the Vice President of Advancement for Mercy Ships, a global nonprofit providing free medical care in developing nations. During her tenure with Mercy Ships, she spearheaded development efforts in the US to launch the world’s largest privately funded hospital ship through innovative fundraising, marketing, and PR initiatives.
Previously, she worked in the corporate healthcare industry sector for almost a decade in senior leadership positions.
As a student at ORU, she held the positions of Resident Advisor and Head Resident Advisor.
