Holly Moore is the President of Hollis Strategies, an Atlanta-based company developing growth
and content strategies to help individuals and organizations maximize their influence
and grow their companies. In addition to this, Holly is a Certified Practitioner for
the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as well as a Certified 5 Voices Coach. She consults
with individuals and organizations on personality-based communication patterns and
how they apply to relationships and team dynamics.
Holly has over 14 years of executive experience with non-profit organizations. For more than a decade, Holly was the Vice President and then Chief Operating Officer for Growing Leaders, an organization developing innovative events and resources to teach character and leadership to the emerging generation. Prior to that role, she served as the Vice President of Advancement for Mercy Ships, a global non-profit providing free medical care in developing nations. During her tenure with Mercy Ships, she spearheaded development efforts in the US to launch the world’s largest privately funded hospital ship through innovative fundraising, marketing and PR initiatives.
Previously, she worked in the corporate health care industry sector for almost a decade in senior leadership positions. Her most recent corporate position was Vice President of Healthcare Products and Infusion Therapy for PharMerica, a subsidiary of AmeriSource Bergen. In that role, she oversaw marketing and operational strategy for a division generating $35 million in annual revenue.
As a student at Oral Roberts University, she held the positions of Resident Advisor and Head Resident Advisor. After graduation, she served on an ORU-led medical missions team to Jamaica where they established a primary healthcare clinic in Kingston.
