I need to alert everyone to a newly discovered issue which prevents me from setting the GOATPAC Third Party ID (GOBTPAC_EXTERNAL_USER) to the Primary SSO Username in Production prior to the Mock 3 export tomorrow night. This is a change we need eventually to migrate to SaaSTest for testing of EUP and ILP. We knew that GOBTPAC_EXTERNAL_USER is currently being used for mappings to BDMS (among other things). While cleaning up the BDMS accounts to match intended usernames we discovered that the GOBTPAC_EXTERNAL_USER / BDMS_USERNAME must also match the Oracle (Banner) username if the user is defined for Fund/Org security. To set GOBTPAC_EXTERNAL_USER in current production would break the accounts for some key Finance users. All tolled [sic], there are 315 accounts I need to review and reconcile prior to making this change. I do not yet have a method to resolve these.

Client has page builder which is not SAAS compatible. EPAFS will not work as there is a risk of staff seeing other staff salaries and there is not a away to hide this information. Client will need to use EIP/Forms to replace all page builders. There is approx 10 that need to be built.

ORU is experiencing issues with the Unitization process in Banner SaaS. The Unitization process (FNPUNTZ) is working in the on-prem environment, but repeated attempts to run in the SaaS environment have proven unsuccessful.
