Graduate Business Essay Topic
Please provide a response to the following question:
- Many news sources report that in many sectors of the marketplace, employers are stating that a large percentage of recent college graduates are lacking necessary workplace skills and professional behaviors. What should ORU do about this to ensure our graduates are ready for opportunities when they graduate?
Your response should be no longer than three pages. Please provide a reference list at the end of your paper (does not count toward the three-page limit).
Graduate Education Essay Topic
Change is a regular, transformative and disruptive condition in every educational setting. Please describe the educational leader's role in the change process and provide a response to the following questions:
- Identify 1 or 2 major trends impacting education.
- Describe what major changes are needed based on the trend(s) identified above.
- Describe the role and responsibility of an educational leader to help navigate the needed changes. (Cite sources)
- Describe major considerations that the educational leader must consider to ensure the recommended changes have the intended impact.
- How will the educational leader assess the effectiveness of the recommended change?
- Develop an action plan for implementing your recommendations.
