“This event was well organized, but more importantly, it was welcoming,” said one high school senior. “As soon as I stepped into the welcome session. I could feel God’s presence. Throughout the whole experience, I got a taste of what ORU is about, and I love it! From the people to the teachers and faculty, everyone there treated us like we belonged there. Special shout-out to Ricardo for taking the time to seek my father and me out after our financial aid meeting and taking us to the College of Business session. He was a genuine guy, and I can’t wait to connect with more people like him in the fall!”

Parents are also invited to participate throughout Quest. ORU offers several events where parents can learn about college payment options, campus safety, student support services, and more. As one parent described it:

“Quest absolutely exceeded my expectations! The entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty to add to our experience. The move and presence of God were genuine in every aspect of this event. As an alum who experienced the presence of God when I set foot on this campus, I wanted that same experience for my son. Well, I stepped aside and God showed up during Quest. Go Golden Eagles!”
