GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (Closed for Summer)
ZUMBA - Mondays & Thursdays @ 5:15 p.m.
This class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning & total body toning. It is a mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
Pilates - Tuesdays @ 5:00 p.m.
This class is aimed at developing your core. The abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips, and shoulders will be targeted. It will help to improve posture, tone abs, and increase flexibility. A variety of equipment may be used for this great workout!
SPIN - Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:00 p.m.
Everyone finishes first in this class! Pedal in a group, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This class is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music and an inspiring group environment helps you reach your fitness goals.
