GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
*Begins August 24th*
SPIN – Mondays @ 5:15pm
Everyone finishes first in this class! Pedal in a group, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This class is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music and an inspiring group environment helps you reach your fitness goals.
PILATES – Tuesdays @ 5:15pm
Pilates is an adaptable workout appropriate for all levels of fitness. It stresses the core as the powerhouse and incorporates breathing, control, concentration, form, and precision. This class is a basic introduction to Pilates and will include foundational skills, as well as, beginner/intermediate movements. Come and enjoy a fun, intense, core workout!
CYCLE FUSION – Wednesdays @ 5:15pm
This class combines indoor cycling with cardio and strength training to help you increase both your endurance and power. This class will challenge you and change your body. Great for all fitness levels!
ZUMBA – Thursdays @ 5:15pm
This class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning & total body toning. It is a mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
*Class size will be reduced to maintain physical distancing guidelines. Availability will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Masks are required upon entering/exiting the Aerobics Center, in hallways, locker rooms, and while exercising if a 6-foot physical distance cannot be maintained.*
