GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
ZUMBA - Mondays & Thursdays @ 5:15 p.m.
This class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning & total body toning. It is a mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
FULL BODY FUSION - Tuesdays @ 5:15 p.m.
This class fuses different types of exercises for a great full-body workout! We will incorporate all the major muscle groups through wight training, cardio, and flexibility. This class will challenge you and change your body. Great for all fitness levels!
SPIN - Wednesdays @ 5:15 p.m.
Everyone finishes first in this class! Pedal in a group, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This class is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music and an inspiring group environment helps you reach your fitness goals.
