Fitness Area
Located on the 2nd floor, weight training machines, free weights, rowers, ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bicycles and stair climbers are available as well as fitness balls and tubing.
Multipurpose Courts
Four indoor courts equipped for basketball, badminton, volleyball and tennis. Equipment checkout available at the front desk.
Free Weights
Fully equipped and located on the first floor, this room is set up for an efficient, total body workout.
Pool
Olympics sized pool with high and low diving boards. Open Monday thru Friday 6:00a.m.-8:00a.m., 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m., 5:30p.m.-8:30p.m. Saturday 12:00p.m-6:00p.m.
Walking/Running Track
Located on the 2nd floor of the AC, this four-lane, one-sixth-mile indoor track is exceptional for walking or running. Open during normal hours except when the ORU Track Team is in seasonal practice (4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday).
Spin Room
Cycling studio located on first floor. Spin classes scheduled twice a week.
Dance Studio
Dance Studio located on the second floor. Used for Zumba and Pilates classes as well as individual use.
Sports Camps and Intramurals
The Aerobics Center is open to wide variety of Sports Camps and Intramural competitions. Summer time hosts several basketball, soccer, and academic camps.
Private Faculty Staff Workout Room
Private Workout Room located on the first floor. A place Faculty/Staff can exercise without being in a public setting.
