Open Enrollment for 2025 Benefits

 

Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits is passive, which means you do not have log into the enrollment portal to change your current selections. Note Exception: Flex Spending Accounts require enrollment each year and will not automatically roll to 2025. You are encouraged to login and confirm that your current coverage is what you wish to continue for 2025. Please remember to check your beneficiaries and make any necessary updates. Refer to the Benefits Overview page for full plan details.

*Retirement funds are not a part of open enrollment. If you wish to update your TIAA account please contact benefits@oru.edu.

  • Username: Z number with Z (no spaces) (i.e. Z12345678)
  • PIN: last 4 of SSN and last 2 digits of your birth year (i.e. 123480)
• November 29, 2023: Benefit enrollment deadline. After 11/30 no further changes/or updates can be made without a seperate qualifying event.
