Application
To be considered for a position at Oral Roberts University, applicants must complete our online application indicating the specific position preferred. Interview
For staff applicants, if selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a Human Resources representative to schedule your appointment. Interviews will typically include a meeting with a Human Resources representative followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. For faculty applicants, if selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the specific college representative to schedule your appointment. Faculty applicants will need to present final transcripts listing courses taken and three letter of reference.
Selection
Once the interview process is complete the candidate selected will be required to successfully undergo reference checks, a background check, adhere to the honor code pledge, and a pre-employment physical and drug screening if applicable for the position. Please be prepared to submit an official transcript of all college and university coursework. All applicants will also be required to verify employment eligibility and identity as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
