Application Process
To be considered for a position at Oral Roberts University, applicants must complete the online application for the specific position. Your application represents your qualifications to hiring officials. Your answers should be complete, accurate, and provide all the information requested. When applying for a staff position, your application and resume will be reviewed by the Talent Specialist and then the Hiring Manager, depending on the position. When applying for a faculty position, the College/Academic Department will require a minimum of a curriculum vitae and three letters of reference to submit with the electronic application.
Once the interview process is complete, the candidate selected will be required to successfully undergo a background check, reference checks, and adhere to the honor code pledge, signed by all faculty, staff and students. Please be prepared to submit an official transcript of all college and university coursework.
