VOICE AND TONE
It is our desire that all pages within the ORU website will look and sound cohesive. With the help of all departments at the university editing pages, it is our recommendation that page editors utilize the updated Website Voice and Tone Guide to make sure that everyone is collectively using the voice of Oral Roberts University.

Do you need help putting your content into the style of the new voice and tone guide? A Content Writer has joined the Marketing Team and is available to assist you with content for your webpages following our voice and tone guide.
Content Writing services can be accessed by completing and submitting a Marketing Project Request. When requesting content writing help, please select select Web for the project type and complete the remainder of the form.
A few things that are helpful for you to include when submitting a project request are
- URL to the page needing updated
- The exact changes needed on your page
- Where the changes are to be placed, i.e. are they replacing current content or an addition to what is currently on your page?
- As much directory info as you can provide will be helpful in getting this correct the first time!
PHOTOGRAPHY
Access to the server is granted on an individual basis. If you do not already have access to the Marketing Media Server, please send an email to Amanda King, aking@oru.edu, requesting access with a brief description for what you’ll be using the photos for and login credentials will be created for you. You will then receive an email with your credentials and instructions for how to access the photos and a brief photo guide for where to find the most popular types of photos.
