Financial Aid Information
Your financial aid awards are generally credited to your Student Account 2 weeks into each semester, if your financial aid file is complete. These payments will be reflected on this site and will reduce the amount due on your Student Account. Monthly Payment Plan Option
Students currently enrolled in classes at ORU are eligible to use the Nelnet monthly payment plan. To enroll, log into your ORU Vision account at vision.oru.edu. Click "Registration Quick Links", then click "Set Up Payment Plan". This will take you to Nelnet's site where you follow the instructions to set up the plan. Tuition Insurance through GradGuard

Oral Roberts University has partnered with GradGuard to offer Tuition Insurance that can help protect your investment in education. This optional coverage can reimburse you for tuition, if you need to withdraw from the semester for a covered medical reason.
🏦 Fee-Free Payment Options ($0 Fees)
Electronic Check (ACH): Submit payment online using your bank routing and account numbers.
In-Person Payments: Pay via cash, personal check, or money order in person to the Student Accounts Office.
Mail-In Payments: Mail a check or money order to the Student Accounts Office at P.O. Box 700895, Tulsa, OK 74170-0895.
💳 Credit and Debit Card Payments (Fee Applies)
Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of 3% or a $3 minimum applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Payments can be made online or in person.
💻 Account Access and Support
Log in to the Student Payment Portals for Individual Payments or Monthly Payments and select your preferred payment method.
The system will display any applicable fees before you finalize your transaction.
Registration Information
Students are expected to complete the Registration process by the first day of the semester. This includes not only enrolling in classes but completing all registration steps including finalization of payment arrangements with the Student Accounts Office. Returning students who have not completed Registration by July 31st, 2026 for Fall 2026, will be assessed a late registration fee of $200.00. All students who have yet to complete the Registration process by the close of business on Friday of the 1st week of classes each semester, will be dropped from their classes and will be required to go through the re-enrollment process.
Holds/Financial Obligations
If financial obligations to the university have not been met at the beginning of each semester, the account will be considered delinquent. A "hold" will be placed on transcripts and the student will be ineligible for registration until the obligation has been satisfied.
Fees Subject to Revision
All university charges are subject to revision, without prior notice, by action of the Board of Trustees.
