Financial Aid Information
Your financial aid awards are generally credited to your Student Account 2 weeks into each semester, if your financial aid file is complete. These payments will be reflected on this site and will reduce the amount due on your Student Account. Monthly Payment Plan Option
Students have the option in utilizing the interest-free monthly payment plan in paying the remaining balance on your Student Account. This payment plan is administered by Tuition Management Services (TMS). Payments Online
Payment of student charges is due by the first day of each semester and can paid online via your VISION account at http://vision.oru.edu with credit card or from your bank account via electronic check (ACH).
Payments in Person
Payments may be made in person at the Student Accounts Office in the Graduate Center on 2 ½ West, during regular office hours.
Registration Information
Students are expected to complete the Registration process by the first day of the semester. This includes not only enrolling in classes but completing all registration steps including finalization of payment arrangements with the Student Accounts Office. Returning students who have not completed Registration by the close of business on the first day of classes each semester, will be assessed a late registration fee of $175.00. All students who have yet to complete the Registration process by the close of business on Friday of the 1st week of classes each semester, will be dropped from their classes and will be required to go through the re-enrollment process.
Holds/Financial Obligations
If financial obligations to the university have not been met at the beginning of each semester, the account will be considered delinquent. A "hold" will be placed on transcripts and the student will be ineligible for registration until the obligation has been satisfied.
Fees Subject to Revision
All university charges are subject to revision, without prior notice, by action of the Board of Trustees.
