Participation Acknowledgment - NEW MANAGERS: Please fill out and return it to Career Services via fax (x 6710) or mail.

Student Employment Handbook   - Guidelines for managing your student workers

Student Employee Job Description Form - Needed for creating a new job opening

Campus Work Study Employment Form - Form for after interviewing and deciding on a candidate

I-9 Form - Reference to pg. 5 for identification students will need for the hiring process

Change of Status Form  

Student Employee Evaluation Form - Provide constructive feedback on student employee's performance

Corrective Action Form- Written Warning
