Q: To what airport should I fly?
A: Fly to Tulsa International Airport (TUL).
Q: When should I plan to arrive in Tulsa?
A: Our Quest Plus event begins on Thursday at 1:00 PM. For those attending Quest
Plus, we woud advise you make your travel arrangements arriving either the day before
the event begins, or the morning of the event should accommodations allow. Our Quest
event begins on Friday at 9:00 AM. Travel arrangements could be made for Thursday
or Friday morning as arrangements allow.
Q: What time should I arrive to check in?
A: Our Quest Plus check-in takes place on Thursday from 1:00-1:30 PM. Our Quest check-in
takes place on Friday from 9:00-9:30 AM. Should you miss the check-in window, our
team will be present around campus to get you checked in and up to speed.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Sleeping bag and/or linens; pillow; towels; weather appropriate clothing; toiletries.
Registration
Q: Who can attend and what is the cost?
A: Quest is free to high school sophomores, juniors, seniors and transfer students.
Quest Plus is $50 for high school juniors, seniors and transfer students. Quest Premier
is $50 and invitation only. Parent/sponsor passes for Quest Plus are $25.
Q: What about lodging?
A: If you are a student registered for Quest Plus, you have the opportunity to stay
overnight in the dorms. To stay in the dorms, students must be between the ages of
15 and 23. Guests over the age of 23 and parents and sponsors must provide their own
accommodations.
Q: What event do you recommend if I don't know if ORU is for me yet?
A: If you're unsure about ORU, we recommend that you join us for our one-day Quest
event! This will give you an opportunity to experience what ORU is all about without
any financial commitment.
Q: How can I get invited to Quest Premier?
A: To get invited to Quest Premier, you need to be accepted to ORU, have registered
and paid for Quest Plus, received a nomination for the Quest Whole Leader Scholarship,
and submitted your Quest essay.
Q:Can I transfer my registration fee to a future Quest?
A:Yes, the registration fee is not refundable; however, it may be transferred to a
future Quest event.
Transportation
Q: When do I check-out?
A: Guests should plan to depart on Friday evening once the event has concluded.
Q:To what airport should I fly?

Q: Will transportation from Tulsa International Airport be provided upon arrival and
throughout the weekend?
A: Shuttles are available upon request Wednesday through Saturday. Please call 918-495-6165
with flight or bus information at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Parents/Sponsors
Q: As a parent, will my meals be provided? Are there times I can eat at the Cafeteria
with my student?
A: Yes! The following refreshments and meals are provided free of charge: hors d-oeuvres
on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning and Friday afternoon, and lunch on Friday at
the luncheon with ORU's President, Dr. William M. Wilson. Additional meals can be
purchased at the cafeteria door upon arrival.
Q: What events are available for Parents/Sponsors to attend?
A: Parents and sponsors are welcome to join all sessions throughout the event, however
we recommend parents attend the parent connect session(s) happening throughout the
event to hear more about parent specific resources. Additionally, our team recommends
that parents/sponsors attending with a Quest Plus student depart before dinner and
reconnect the following morning at our 10:00 AM breakout sessions.
Q: Are there any group discounts?
A: Yes, we have incredible group discounts available for groups of 10 or more students.
