Planning

Q:  To what airport should I fly?
A:  Fly to Tulsa International Airport (TUL).

Q:  When should I plan to arrive in Tulsa?
A:  Plan to arrive in Tulsa Thursday, ideally on Thursday afternoon, unless you are also participating in a Quest Whole Person Scholarship event on Thursday morning, for which you will need to arrive in Tulsa Wednesday.

Q: What time should I arrive to check in?
A:  Check in takes place between 1:00 and 5:00 pm Thursday in the Chapel Lobby.

Q: What should I bring?
A:  Sleeping bag and/or linens; pillow; towels; weather appropriate clothing; toiletries; Bible; camera (optional).

Registration

Q: Who is eligible to attend College Weekend?
A: College Weekend is available to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors, college transfers and prospective parents and sponsors. To stay in the dorms, students must be between the ages of 15 and 24. Guests over the age of 24 and parents and sponsors must provide their own accommodations.

Q: I'm planning to arrive at 1:00 pm Thursday to take a tour and attend classes.  What will I do with my luggage during that time?
A: When you check in, there will be a secure place to leave your luggage.  It will be delivered to you at your residence hall in the early evening.

Q:Can I transfer my registration fee to a future College Weekend?
A:Yes, the registration fee is not refundable; however, it may be transferred to a future College Weekend event.


Transportation

Q: When do I check-out?
A: Guests should plan to depart by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. No Sunday departures are allowed.

Q:To what airport should I fly?
A:Fly to Tulsa International Airport (TUL).  

Q: Will transportation from Tulsa International Airport be provided upon arrival and throughout the weekend?
A: Shuttles are available upon request Thursday through Saturday. Please call 1-800-678-8876 x4 with flight or bus information prior to arrival.


Parents/Sponsors

Q: As a parent, will my meals be provided? Are there times I can eat at the Cafeteria with my student?
A: Yes! Two meals are provided free of charge; including hors d-oeuvres on Thursday evening at the Welcome Reception and lunch on Friday at the Academic Luncheon. Meals can also be purchased at the Cafeteria door as needed.

Q: What events are available for Parents/Sponsors to attend?
A: Parents and sponsors are welcome to join all the events throughout the weekend, however we recommend parents attend the special parent sessions happening on Thursday evening, Friday morning and Friday lunch.

Q: Are there any group discounts?
