Requesting a Travel Signature for International Travel
As part of the requirements for maintaining your F-1 visa status, you must have a valid signature from a DSO on your I-20 if you plan on traveling internationally. Please fill out the form below to request a travel signature.
Be advised that signatures are valid for one year. If your travels are within 2 months of the signature's expiration, it is best to get a new one.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure a proper signature is obtained before traveling. The ISR Office will not process emergency requests for travel signatures after you have left the United States.
