Student Learning Outcomes

Social work students gain valuable hands-on experience through internships with community organizations, social service agencies, healthcare providers, and nonprofits. These placements allow students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in areas like child welfare, mental health, and advocacy. These experiences strengthen professional skills and often lead to full-time jobs or advanced study after graduation.
