Students in the College of Science and Engineering gain hands-on experience through internships at leading companies and organizations. Past students have interned in industries such as oil and natural gas, aerospace and automotive, healthcare systems both in the U.S. and internationally, and with federal agencies—applying their classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. These opportunities provide valuable exposure and often lead to full-time career placements after graduation.

The Engineering (Bachelor of Science -Engineering) program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the General Criteria and the Program Criteria for Engineering, General Engineering, Engineering Physics, Engineering Science, and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.
