ORU College of Education Holmes Scholars program is a partnership between ORU College
of Education and AACTE Holmes Scholars® that has been established to support Quest scholarship awarded doctoral candidates from historically underrepresented backgrounds who are
pursuing careers in education.
The AACTE Holmes Scholars program will provide mentorship, peer support, and rich professional development opportunities. Scholars will become or are candidates for faculty and leadership positions in teacher education, field specializations, or educational research.
By partnering with the AACTE Holmes Scholars program, ORU COE aims to strengthen our support of the promotion of diversity within the professional community and prepare educators to serve diverse learners.
