“These outcomes reflect the excellence, resilience, and calling of our students,”
said Dr. William M. Wilson, ORU President. “ORU is committed to equipping Whole Leaders
who are academically prepared, spiritually attuned, and professionally competitive
in a rapidly evolving world. A 99% career outcomes rate is not just a statistic—it’s
proof that our students are graduating prepared and that employers value the Spirit-empowered
leaders ORU is producing.”
During the reporting term, ORU students from every academic college—including Nursing,
Business, Science & Engineering, Education, Arts & Culture, and Theology—achieved
strong outcomes, with several colleges reaching placement rates of 97–100%. Employer

across the country. Graduates secured roles at top companies including Ernst & Young,
ONEOK, Amazon, Saint Francis Health System, Williams, BOK Financial, and Deloitte.
Growing interest in Tulsa and Oklahoma City as post-graduation destinations has fueled
expanded partnerships with regional employers, resulting in increased recruitment
activity and career opportunities for students.
“Our team is intentional about empowering students from their first year through graduation,”
said Alison Vujnovic, Vice President of Enrollment Management. “From one-on-one coaching
to large-scale campus recruitment events, we ensure students have the skills, confidence,
and connections needed to thrive in today’s job market. ORU’s 2025 Career Outcomes
demonstrate what is possible when students, faculty, and employers work together in
pursuit of excellence.”
