Medicare
Medicare is a health insurance program for:
- People age 65 or older (employed or retired)
- People under age 65 with certain disabilities
- People of all ages with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant)
Medicare has different parts that help cover specific services (Medicare.gov)
- Part A - Hospital Insurance
- Part B - Medical Insurance
- Part D - Prescription Drug Coverage
- Advantage Plan (Part C)
