Full-time staff employees are entitled to the following paid holidays

• New Year's Day, January 1
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, third Monday in January
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day, last Monday in May
• Independence Day, July 4
• Labor Day, first Monday in September
• Thanksgiving Day, fourth Thursday in November
• Friday after Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve Day, December 24
• Christmas Day, December 25

When an official holiday falls on a Saturday, the University will normally observe the Friday immediately preceding the holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday will be observed, unless there has been a previous announcement. For further information, please contact the Human Resources Department.
