- Establish a Crisis Command Post at Hamill Cafeteria (Back up - Mabee Center Mezzanine)
- Housing shall provide current residential student rosters
- Determine the on-duty ORU personnel at the time of the event and account for their
whereabouts
- As soon as safety permits move displaced students to the Mabee Center for housine:
assignment and to conduct a head count
- Housing will provide resident students an opportunity to contact family
- Displaced students may not re-enter their dorm until the building bas been inspected
and cleared by authorities
- Sodexo Food services will set up food and drink services in the Mabee Center for displaced
students and emergency workers
- Housing will provide temporary student identification if necessary
