WHAT ABOUT ACCREDITATION?
As a university, ORU meets the accreditation standards set by the Higher Learning
Commission (HLC). This program, offered by our Graduate School of Theology and Ministry,
is also accredited by the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological
Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS).

To earn a Master of Divinity, you will take various courses that will set you apart
as a skilled ministry leader. A few of the fundamental courses that will set you apart

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GRADUATE?
The M.Div. program is 73.5 credit hours. You could complete this degree in 4 years
when you enroll full-time. ORU considers full-time enrollment as taking one 3-credit
course in consecutive 7-week terms. With two courses per semester, Fall, Spring, and
Summer, students earn 18-credits a year to usually graduate in four years or slightly
less.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS PROGRAM COST?
This program costs $695 per credit hour.
