Oral Roberts University’s Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre Arts is residential program that can equip you to become a Holy Spirit-empowered theatre professional. You will finish your degree confident with real-world experience through performance and production opportunities.

As a student with us you’ll have on-campus and off-campus theatrical opportunities and have access to Alpha Psi Omega, a national, honorary and dramatic society which is a service organization to the community.

On top of this, you’ll learn directly from faith-grounded theatre professionals who know what it takes to succeed in this creative industry. Our current students and alumni have appeared on Broadway, film, television and in major theaters across the country and with dedication, passion and hard work, you can too!

As a university, we meet the highest accreditation standards set by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).

Are there scholarships available?

Nearly 100% of our full-time, undergraduate residential students receive ORU grants and scholarships through academic achievement and through ORU’s premier scholarship opportunity of our Quest Whole Leader Scholarship.
