Our Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) is an immersive program designed for mid-to-senior level professionals ready to lead with purpose and drive organizational transformation. In the second year, students choose a 3-course concentration—Applied Research, Leadership Coaching, Change Management, or Strategic Foresight—each leading to credentialing opportunities and aligned with their unique calling and career goals. Program Features

The Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) is a residential 48-credit-hour program designed for busy professionals. When enrolled full-time, you can complete the program in as little as 33 months. Full-time enrollment means taking one 3-credit course during consecutive 7-week terms. With two courses per semester—Fall, Spring, and Summer—you’ll earn 18 credits annually, allowing you to graduate in about three years.

ORU meets the accreditation standards set by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
