President Mark Rutland Speaks at Bixby Chamber

Oral Roberts University President, Dr. Mark Rutland, spoke Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the monthly Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce meeting. One hundred seventy-five people attended this meeting including Tulsa County Commissioner Fred Perry and Tulsa County Treasurer Dennis Semler.
