Tulsa, OK – Oral Roberts University’s commencement is set for Saturday, May 5, 2018
at 1:00pm at the Mabee Center. Over 700 students will receive degrees ranging from
bachelor to MBA and Doctor of Ministry.
Author, entrepreneur, and President & CEO of The Freemount Corporation, Clifton Taulbert, will deliver the commencement address. Taulbert is a 1971 graduate of ORU and serves on its Board of Reference.
“Our graduates have worked diligently to complete their studies and become whole person world-changers,” said ORU President, Dr. William M. Wilson. “I truly believe this generation of students is going to have a significant impact on their world. I believe they will join ORU’s rich legacy of alumni who are fulfilling our calling and mission to be Holy Spirit-empowered leaders who will impact the world with God’s healing.”
This year’s oldest graduate is 77-year-old Diane Hasner who has earned a Doctorate in Education. The University also has 13 graduates who are just 20 years old.
