College of Business Highlights

Did you know? 

• Over the past year 3 years, accounting and finance majors have won 88 local and international scholarships ranging from $500-$10,000.

• Big Four CPA firms hired 10 members of the ORU’s accounting class of 2015.  Five other members of the 2015 class were hired by international CPA firms and two graduates landed jobs with Fortune 100 companies.

• Our undergraduate students are strong contenders in local Governor’s Cup Competition (business plan development) and national ENACTUS competition (leaders making a difference in their communities)!

• Our business students have a heart for ministry—volunteering more than 1,000 hours toward humanitarian projects and collecting 22,505 pounds of food to feed the poor!

• Our undergraduate Online Business Degree ranked 4^th in the nation

• Our LMBA student Vicky McIntyre was drafted into the WNBA in the 2^nd round marking her as the first player from ORU to be drafted into the WNBA.  Congratulations, Vicky! For more information on the LMBA click here
