Dr. Lanelle M. Chase completed her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Marketing from Anderson University in Indiana in 2020. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a B.A. in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Courses taught at Oral Roberts University include Principles of Marketing and graduate level Research Methodology. Dr. Chase previously taught at Azusa Pacific University in the areas of Business Management and Marketing. Classes taught included Principles of Marking, Marketing Research, Marketing Strategy, Principles of Management, Writing 2: Writing in Business, Human Resource Management, and Senior Seminar: Business Ethics. Dr. Chase has also taught Business courses at the Jetter School of Business at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio, and School of Business at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. With a strong background in Christian evangelistic ministry, Dr. Chase's primary passion is applying exemplary business principles to nonprofit organizations, as well as for profit firms with the purpose of witnessing the true nature and character of God as a Christian witness. In the classroom, Dr. Chase's courses focus on cutting edge content including digital, quantitative, and advanced technology requirements. Maintaining a welcoming, Christ-centered environment that fosters collaboration, active engagement, and excellence are all key elements of Dr. Chase's courses. Dr. Chase's foundational goal as a professor is to empower students to find and pursue their true calling through experiencing a personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ and learning to hear His voice. Every quality business practice promoted in Dr. Chase's courses can be traced back to biblical principles.
