Family Weekend gives ORU families the chance to experience life as a Golden Eagle alongside their students for a weekend. Join us for Chapel, class visits, an ORU basketball game, and so much more! 

Yes! Check-in is from 9 AM - 10:45 AM on Friday, February 25th in the Hammer Center. Click here for a map of where to park.

Meals will be available for purchase at the Hamill Dining Hall and other food vendors on campus. Click here to view all building/dining hours.

  • Breakfast: $5.85
  • Lunch: $8.00
  • Dinner: $9.95
  • Brunch: $8.00

In order to maintain the safety of our community, overnight guests are not permitted in residence halls at this time. 

Students are still required to attend class on Friday, February 25th, but families are welcome to attend pending professor approval. Check back soon to see an approved list of classes you may attend.

Any relative of a current ORU student is welcome at Family Weekend! 

The cost is $25 per guest. Children ages 13 and under are welcome to join free of charge.

Your $25 charge covers the cost of a Family Weeknd t-shirt, lunch with ORU’s President, Dr. William M. Wilson, and tickets to ORU Men’s Basketball game vs. South Dakota. 

Once you purchase your $25 Family Weekend ticket, there is no need to purchase tickets for any other activity on campus.

Of course! Join your students and experience the impactful worship and message they hear twice a week.
