- Download the online application form.
- Have high school administrator complete and email in the “High School Approval” form
included in the application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Note: Students must be approved by their parent/legal guardian and school in order to participate.
- Have your high school transcript emailed from your high school to email@example.com.
